Questions
How long does it take?
Three weeks from kickoff, depending on how quickly we can get time with your team.
How much of our time does it need?
A kickoff, a handful of 45-minute interviews, a working session to review the new structure, and a readout. Most people spend less than four hours total.
What counts as one team?
One group with shared work and a single teamspace, typically up to 30 people. For a smaller company, that may be everyone. For larger organizations, we start with one team and expand from there.
Do we have to work with Montchanin afterward?
No. What we build is yours. Most teams bring us back for the next team, or for the whole org.
We're not on Notion yet. Does this work for us?
Yes, and it's often the better time to do it. We design the workspace before anything moves, so you start clean instead of spending a year untangling a lift-and-shift.
Will this disrupt the team's work?
