FAQs

How it works

How can hours be used?

Hours can be used flexibly across your Notion workspace, automations, agents, and related tools. Most teams use them for a mix of building, fixing, and improving their Notion workspace and workflows, and supporting evolving priorities.

Do hours expire?

Hours are valid for 12 months. Most teams use them within a few weeks, but there’s no deadline.

What happens if we need more hours?

You can purchase additional hours at any time. Many teams start with 20 hours and add more as priorities evolve.

What tools do you support?

Primarily Notion, plus automation platforms (Zapier, Make), APIs, and adjacent agents and systems that connect to your workflows.

Do we need everything scoped in advance?

No. Most teams come with a few priorities and we figure out the rest together as we go.

Is this better than a project?

It depends. If you need defined scope and timeline, that’s a project. If priorities are evolving or undefined, hourly support works better.
